shutdown problem

Postby gameboy » Sat Jan 07, 2006 4:20 pm

my dsatx ps/sdc seems to work fine to power the mobo, comes on with the ignition but does NOT turn off AT all. I kept checking on it today,

10 minutes, still on
20 minutes, still on
30 minutes, still on
....
40 minutes, still on
....

90 minutes, dead(voltage below 10v)

i've swaped the polatiry on the mobo jumper, did not help AT ALL

any ideas?

Ok, So did the LED ever flash twice? If it flashed twice and then never shutdown, the values in the controller are bogus and need to be set back to default. If it never flashed twice, something else could be going on. If your serial number ends in 4805 then you probably need a firmware update. I need you to send it back to me for repair.
